- Information you provide in the request form: name, address, email, phone, date of birth, Social Security number, employment and income details, bank account information, and the loan amount requested.

- Information from partners: whether a lender made an offer or accepted your request, used to manage our relationships and improve the service.

- To transmit your loan request to third-party lenders and lending partners so they can evaluate it and, if they choose, make an offer.

4. How we share information
When you submit a request, we share it with lenders and lending partners in our network who may contact you by phone, email, or text. Lenders may obtain consumer reports about you in connection with your request. We also share information with service providers (hosting, analytics, fraud prevention), with authorities when required by law, and in connection with a business transfer. Sharing your request with lenders for compensation may constitute a 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information under some state laws; you can opt out via Your Privacy Choices.
5. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of sale/sharing: use Your Privacy Choices or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.
- Access, correction, deletion: residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. You may appeal a denial by replying to our response.
- Marketing: unsubscribe links are included in marketing emails; reply STOP to text messages.
